- Hmm, what part in the movie is this that your referring to? I haven't
- watched it in a long while and want to check out what your referring to. Who
- knows, maybe we can fit it in or disguess the sound, make it our own through
- manipulation, and put it into the intro..

- Double tapping a button, in my opinion, causes a lot of unwanted actions or
- mistakes. Perhaps a better solution would be to have the user tap 'option' as
- a way to switch between different functions on the A'B'C buttons.. or maybe
- use the 1'2'3 buttons on the keypad as extra buttons. This is all a moot
- point on the new Pro-Controllers though, if the user has them.
-
- All of the above was said in view that the double tapping ment run, crawl,
- some body action whereas double tapping to activate a set bombs(similar)
- might be cool..

- >I like this one very much! It reminds me of an old 8-bit game: Spy vs. Spy.

- >anyway.
- Thanks! I remember that game, except I played it on the first Sega game
- system.. what was it's name? Who knows, maybe we can fit all types of
- trapping mechanics into the game. If you have played Robinson's Requiem, they
- haev a system where one can combine items together to make things.. like a
- thread and needle with fur to create gloves, etc. Could such a system
- possibly be integrated into Bad Mood? One could design all types of equipment
- and/or traps, weapons, etc.
-
- >The problem is that you have to define the trajectories for sectors...
- >Wouldn't this risk to mess up the BSP tree or visibility tables? I guess if
- >the trajectories are restrained to some kinds of movement, it could be
- >feasible. The problem is that ideas come at a far far higher rate than it is
- >possible to program. But it's better than not having ideas at all ;)
- Hmmm, maybe we could simplify it and have it as a moving bridge, push a
- button to get to the other side and wait until the bridge floats to you..
- push the button again and off you go. I like both ways..
-
- Never can have too many ideas.. Sooner or later the dust will settle
- and something will be decided upon, others will be reinvented, or ideas will
- come off of old ideas.. Who knows.. :-)
-
- >I like all the ideas about liquid filled areas. And there are some simple
- >effects that can be applied to the screen after it's been drawn to give an
- >underwater effect.
- Hmm, what effects are these? Maybe bubbles floating to the surface(on
- the surface, they should have a sound effect/graphic as 'pop' 'pop'). With
- bubbles coming to the surface, it might give you away as someone knows your
- underwater.. :-) Of course, in normal play against the creatures/monsters
- in the game, draining the pool should leave them flopping around as some of
- them can only swim and not walk.. ? Who knows, some may grow legs and climb
- out..
-
- ----------
- Some more ideas:
-
- Different types of ammunition.. such as regular bullets, armor piercing
- bullets, etc can be loaded into the shotgun(or another similar-bullet loaded
- weapon) for stronger firepower or increased effectiveness against
- creatures/monstes.. such as armor wearing ones, etc.
-
- Lasers that recharge.. not replaced via ammo but must slowly recharge.. adds
- a different element as not all weapons can be refilled with ammo lying on the
- ground.
-
- Magic spells.. maybe not all character players play the game with weapons
- and skills.. but with magical attacks, new spell books readings(new weapon
- acquiring), and magical restoration/sleep to restore mana.
-
- The ability to write messages while in a deathmatch mode to other
- players.. even a button that will yell a war cry(audio-not message)so as to
- taunt your enemies/opponents.
-
- Character generation or the ability to design your own character looks when
- you are going to play in deathmatch mode.. this is how others will see you.
- Maybe they can choose body sizes, face type(eyes, knose), clothing, etc.
-
-
- Guess that's it..
-
- Thanks for your time,
- Robby
